Basically, the idea of this zoo is to ensure we could conserve the animal even though the wild life were dead biologically. Nowadays, cellular technology becomes one of the tools that have been used as an effort for conservation of wild life.
In this technology, the live and dead cells are required for cryopreservation in -150°C or -80°C freezers and conducting research related to the genetic changes of the animals. Then, they will be processed for cell derivation, histology and genomic extraction.
